I am a masters-prepared Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. My expertise is in aesthetics and wellness, with a post-master education in Preventative and Lifestyle medicine.

I have been in healthcare for 25 years and have an extensive background in cardiovascular health, critical care, and metabolic syndrome. I served in direct patient care and leadership roles for 15 years and in non-clinical roles for 10 years, doing research and education.

I had the opportunity to work in and co-author basic science research. It was a great privilege to be on the committee of the American Heart Association, which has allowed me to further develop my complex and critical thinking skills.

My continued goal is to provide an excellent patient/client experience, ensuring comprehensive, patient-centered care and a positive experience with each person that I see.

I aim to follow best practice guidelines and incorporate patients’ preferences and treatment priorities to achieve the best treatment plan.

As a person and a provider, I am passionate about helping patients look and feel their best from the inside out. I am gifted with an empathetic approach when communicating with my patients.

My greatest strengths always have been, drive, dedication, compassion, kindness, and communication. As a leader, I am very influential, as a mentor I enjoy educating, as a colleague I am a very collaborative person, who is also passionate about teamwork and boosting workplace morale.

On a personal note: I love entertaining and enjoy evening walks, dancing, and yoga. I embrace participating in charity organizations. As the former President and Past President of the Alice Mayo Society, I had the amazing opportunity to be a part of many charity events and fundraising opportunities. I also served on the board and am a former member of the Officers Councilors social committee at Mayo Clinic Rochester MN. It was an honor to have this privilege and use this platform to participate in charities in our community, nationally and internationally.
